Our Support team assists users with issues they may be experiencing, questions they may have, and provides general help regarding Ducky's features and modules.

Requirements:

  • Active usage of Ducky
  • Fluent in English text conversations
  • Active member of Ducky's Pond for at least 20 days
  • Familiar with the support system
  • Little to no moderations
